Service Description
Dress Code: Please dress in appropriate business/ business casual attire unless you receive specific instructions to the contrary. Length of Polygraph: The polygraph examination can take up to 2 hours, so please plan your schedule accordingly. Important Reminders: If you find yourself unable to attend the appointment or anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Please be aware that late arrivals without prior communication and no-shows will be reported to the relevant agency. For optimal results during your polygraph examination, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines: Do's: 1. Ensure you are well-rested. 2. Eat a meal before the polygraph. 3. Refrain from using any intoxicating substances for at least 24 hours before the examination. 4. Do not alter any prescription medications you may be taking. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your upcoming appointment, please feel free to reach out to us. Pre-Interview Questionnaire: Make sure to submit your questionnaire!
Cancellation Policy
We are reaching out to confirm your scheduled pre‑employment polygraph examination. Location: Cross Point Solutions LLC 5525 North Union Blvd., Suite 200 Colorado Springs, CO 80918 Directions: We are located in the TransAmerica Building, directly across Union Blvd. from the Pikes Peak East Library. Look for the TransAmerica sign; our office is on the second floor in Suite 200. Upon arrival, please check in at the lobby. If you have difficulty locating us, call (719) 225‑2424. Dress Code Please arrive in business or business‑casual attire unless you have been instructed otherwise. Examination Duration The polygraph examination may take up to two hours, so please plan accordingly. Important Reminders If you are unable to attend or expect to be late, notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals without prior notice and no‑shows will be reported to the appropriate agency. Preparation Guidelines To ensure the most accurate results, please follow these guidelines before your examination: - Get adequate rest the night before. - Eat a meal prior to your appointment. - Avoid intoxicating substances for at least 24 hours beforehand. - Continue taking any prescribed medications as usual. Pre‑Interview Questionnaire A pre‑interview questionnaire is attached. This must be completed before your examination. Please submit your completed booklet 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you plan to turn in your packet in person on the day of your exam, email us at contact@crosspointpolygraph.com to let us know. Failure to notify us may result in forfeiting your appointment and being required to reschedule, which could lead to disqualification from your agency.
