Service Description
Dress Code: Please dress in appropriate business/ business casual attire unless you receive specific instructions to the contrary. Length of Polygraph: The polygraph examination can take up to 2 hours, so please plan your schedule accordingly. Important Reminders: If you find yourself unable to attend the appointment or anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Please be aware that late arrivals without prior communication and no-shows will be reported to the relevant agency. For optimal results during your polygraph examination, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines: Do's: 1. Ensure you are well-rested. 2. Eat a meal before the polygraph. 3. Refrain from using any intoxicating substances for at least 24 hours before the examination. 4. Do not alter any prescription medications you may be taking. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time and effort of our staff, the following cancellation policies apply: Cancellations and Rescheduling: All deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must call us during regular business hours. If you’re calling to reschedule within 24 hours of your initial appointment time, you will forfeit your initial deposit and be required to pay another deposit fee. The new deposit fee will be applied to your booked services. However, the initial fee will not be applied to your total, as the first deposit is forfeited. If there is more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time and you need to reschedule, your initial deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. You can reschedule one time before a new booking fee will be required when you call more than 24 hours in advance to book a new appointment time. If you call to reschedule the same service two or more times, you will be charged a rebooking fee. This rebooking fee is an additional charge and will not apply to your scheduled services. All cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Exemptions: Certain situations, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The rebooking fee may be waived at the discretion of the management. Cancellation Notifications: Cancellations should be communicated through email and/or a phone call during our normal Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm business hours. Rebooking Fee: A rebooking fee of $50 is applied if you reschedule the same service two or more times. Rebooking Procedure: Clients wishing to rebook after a cancellation should contact us to discuss availability and make a new reservation. The rebooking fee of $50 must be paid at the time of confirming the new appointment or reservation if you have already rescheduled the same service once before. The rebooking fee is non-refundable and does not apply to the total cost of the service. Late Arrivals: Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may be considered a cancellation and a new appointment time will be required with a new non-refundable deposit.
