Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To ensure smooth operations and respect for our staff's time, the following cancellation policies apply: Non-Refundable Initial Payment: The $150 initial payment charged at booking is non-refundable under all circumstances. This payment will be held whether you attend your scheduled appointment or not. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. Rescheduling: Within 24 hours of appointment: You will forfeit your initial $150 payment and must pay another $150 initial payment. The new payment applies to your booked services, but the forfeited payment does not. More than 24 hours before appointment: Your initial payment applies to your rescheduled appointment. You may reschedule once without additional fees when calling more than 24 hours in advance. Multiple reschedules: Rescheduling the same service two or more times incurs a $50 non-refundable rebooking fee (does not apply to service costs). Complete Cancellations: All cancellations forfeit the initial payment. No refunds will be issued. Exemptions: Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered case-by-case. Rebooking fees may be waived at management's discretion. How to Cancel: Communicate cancellations via email and/or phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm). Rebooking: Contact us to discuss availability. The $50 rebooking fee must be paid when confirming your new appointment if you've already rescheduled once. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation. A new appointment requires a new non-refundable $150 initial payment. Thank you for choosing our services.
